Horses for Sale

We always have a good selection of horses and ponies for sale - some of which are not on the website, as at this time of year where the shorter days make it difficult to get photos / videos.

If there is something you are looking for that you can't see on here please give us a ring - we have ponies from 12hh to horses at 17.3hh and everything inbetween!

17.2hh 5 year old Bay Gelding

Bob is a gentleman in all ways - in and out of the stable. He has XC, hunted, XC rides etc and doesn't pull. Jumps ditches, hedges, rails etc & takes all in his stride. Ideal for someone who wants to pull out and have great fun out hunting, while still being safe. Very sensible in company.

14hh 5yr old Brown Gelding

Dougal is the ultimate all rounder! He has hunted (with both an 11 yr old and adult), SJ, WH, XC & XC rides. He is quiet in all respects and has hunted while leading a child (see photo). He is cool in all surroundings, has a super loose step and is snaffle mouthed.

Ideal child's all rounder or mother / daughter share.

14.2hh 5 year old Brown Mare

Molly is a very smart cob with a fantastic attitude to life. She has done some hunting, XC, SJ and XC rides. She is snaffle mouthed and doesn't get bothered in company.

Molly is a fun all rounder suitable for all the family - a lady in and out of the stable.

7 year old Brown Gelding

Hunted for 3 seasons. Gentleman in everyway - bold and brave across any country. Easy in all respects.

Has hunted, XC, SJ, XC ride etc. Manners to burn - a gentleman in every way. Hunted by an amateur.

5 year old Grey Gelding by Moylough Bouncer

Has done XC rides, hunted, SJ, shown etc. Quiet in everyway and a complete gentleman.

7 year old Irish Bred Grey Gelding

Has hunted, XC, SJ, shown, XC rides etc. Superb hunter - will cross any country.

15hh 7yr old Skewbald Gelding

Storm is a super little all round cob with a smashing jump.

He has hunted, XC, SJ, WH and done arena eventing all with a light weight lady. He will hunt all day and is very sure footed, looking after his rider every step of the way. He is currently jumping double clears at 90cm with an amateur and forgiving all of her mistakes!!

He is a smart cob and light on his feet. Equally as suitable as a ladies hunter, a fun all round Pony Club cob or mother / daughter share.

Easy to box, shoe, clip etc.

16.2hh 8yr old Chestnut Gelding

Surperb hunter - Herbie will cross any country with any type of rider (ditches, hedges, banks, wire, gates). Easy to box, shoe, clip etc.

Topper is a smashing middle weight type horse.

He has a brain that belies his age - being a very straightforward, honest all rounder who takes everything in his stride.

He has XC, hunted, whipped hounds, WH, SJ etc. He doesn't get bothered in company and just gets on with his job. Topper was 2nd in the 4yr old WH class at Balmoral Show in May 2011, jumping a super clear round and getting excellent comments from the ride judge - "I could sit on him all day!".

Topper is a very easy horse to ride - suitable for any type of rider. He has no vices and is easy to box, shoe, clip, hack (alone or in company) - an all round nice horse!

17hh 6yr old Grey Gelding

He has hunted, XC, SJ, WH and jumped double clear in his first Eventing Ireland pre novice at Ballyvannon over a strong course with an amateur. He was also 3rd individually at the PC eventing home championships with a 15 year old girl. Duke jumps corners, arrow-heads, skinnys, water, ditches etc without batting an eye-lid!

Duke is a gentleman in all ways with a brain the belies his age. He is suitable for all the family as he has hunted with a light weight girl and male amateur jumping everything - wire, ditches, hedges, on and off the road etc and is 100% on the road, to box, shoe, clip etc. He has no vices. Duke is snaffle mouthed in all disciplines.

Duke is the ultimate confidence giver who has a heart of gold & looks after his rider!!

15hh 6yr old Piebald Gelding

Fred is the ultimate all rounder - he has done XC rides, Show jumping, WH, XC etc. He has a lovely personality and is very honest and willing. He is mannerly both in and out of the stable. Fred is an ideal 153cm working hunter pony. Easy to box, shoe, on roads etc.

Super light weight cob who can turn his hand to anything! Has done a bit of everything - hunted, show jumped, cross countried, shown and WH - all with an amateur rider. A great fun little cob, with a lovely attitude - ideal for all the family. Easy to box, shoe, clip etc.
